Thomas Morin, ordained, licensed minister and wedding celebrant, considers a small, intimate wedding to be just the two of you…. or as many as 20 total with you and your guests.
Eureka Springs has many beautiful locations available for your small, intimate wedding – including historic churches, a quaint chapel or intimate gazebo, natural springs gardens, lakeside, Victorian parlor, mountainside overlook or even on the balcony of your hotel, on horseback or motorcycle!
Arkansas Marriage License Requirements
There is no waiting period in Arkansas and if both parties are over 21 you need only present a valid ID. A Marriage License can be obtained at any County Clerk’s office in Arkansas and may be used in any Arkansas county, regardless of which county you get them in.
* Bride & Groom must both be present to get license.
* There is no blood test or waiting period required in Arkansas. Witnesses are not required in Arkansas.
* Marriage License Fee (Carroll County): $60 – Only cash is accepted. ( no refunds)
